Where do you ship to?
As of right now, we’ll only be able to ship to the EU, unfortunately. We’re currently working on making shipping to the UK available, and this should be possible not too long after our first launch. So please bear with us!
How long does it take for my package to reach me?
Handmade pieces and accessories are ready to ship and take about 5 business days to be processed.
Other clothing piece are made to order and take up to 10 business days to be made and processed. Made to order means that we can avoid overproduction, so we thank you for your patience! (:
All our products are being shipped from the Netherlands. Shipping time and costs depend on the country you’re shipping to.
Where/how is everything produced?
Handmade pieces and accessories are all handmade by me, right at home! (:
All other clothing is produced in Latvia. To keep our emissions as low as possible, we aim to produce our clothing close to home, in the EU. We make sure of products are being produced by a manufacturer who takes sustainability in account. Happiest Closet strives to have ethically produced clothing.
What is your return policy?
If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. At the moment, we’re not able to offer exchanges.
Please note that return shipping costs aren’t covered, so we recommend double-checking your size before ordering to keep things simple.
